( S.T.A.Y.)

Our STRONG Teachers All Year (S.T.A.Y.)  initiative supports teachers and leaders by recognizing all staff members within our organization. Monthly, we recognize staff birthdays, administration for their STRONG leadership, staff with Golden hammers/bricks, Instructional Hard Hats to recognize our STRONG teachers, bereavement support, Thankful Thursdays to show our appreciation for our teachers and encourage wellness through our STAY FIT bootcamp.

Golden Hammers are awarded to any staff member within the organization that has displayed their dedication and hard work to our mission by way of our Team Norms & Agreements. 

STRONG Leader of the Month 

Leaders across our learning community are recognized monthly for their consistent leadership via Team Norms & Agreements, Instructional Leadership, and Leadership Competencies. 

Instructional Hard Hat

Monthly, teachers across our learning community are celebrated for implementing stellar instructional practices and for consistently utilizing STRONG for positive framing and classroom management. 

Staff Acknowledgement

During Einstein’s Culture, Instruction, & Professionalism Institute, we acknowledge birthdays, milestones, or galvanize support for staff experiencing bereavement, illness, or injury. 

S.T.A.Y. Fit

Staff members are encouraged to collaboratively participate in our S.T.A.Y. Fit wellness initiative monthly with the CEO. STAYing emotionally and physically STRONG is aligned to our mission.

Thankful Thursday's and Breakfast for Champions

Monthly, the Einstein Learning Community faculty and staff are thanked for their continuous hard work and dedication to the students and community they serve by way of our Thankful Thursday and Breakfast for Champions.
